Associate Director - Data Integrity - Pharma

We have an opening for 'ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - DATA INTEGRITY' with our client an Indian Multinational pharmaceutical company based in Hyderabad.

An ideal candidate would be from BIG 4 audit firms with experience in fraud investigation and forensic technology - pharmaceutical clients

Qualification:

1.BE Electronics & Telecommunication / Finance Qualification (MBA / CA )

2.Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

3.Certification in Microsoft SQL server 2008, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Diploma in IT infrastructure, Systems and Security

Experience:

1. Should have 5-10 years of experience in area of fraud investigation and forensic technology

2. Should have worked extensively on data integrity investigation around USFDA, UKMHRA and Health Canada Inspections, proactive data integrity reviews, assessment with focus on IT general controls and CFR21, part 11 compliance per USFDA guidelines, review of HCP or sales force related expenses . Also assisted the companies in responding to USFDA regulatory

3.Should have understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures and reviewed the electronic data stored

4.Has experience on projects related to forensic due diligence, FCPA compliance, company insider trading policy compliance and fraud risk assessment etc

5.Has knowledge of various pharma applications and data analytics.

6.Conducted detailed review of computer systems used for product testing, from data integrity standpoint with focus on preservation, processing and reporting of electronic data.

7.Has worked on many technology related investigations pertaining to data leakage, data theft, spear phishing, PoS fraud etc.
