Individual Accountabilities :
- The role is to formulate and evaluate short term and long-term ad sales strategies using data led business insights. Creating SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound) plans for enhancing revenues.
- Individual should have deep knowledge of linear and digital mediums, their viewership and efficiency matrices, common practices and innovations adopted for revenue growth.
- Analyze advertising patterns and practices of sectors /categories /clients for creating pitches and strategies for optimum monetization.
- Conducting full lifecycle and targeting analysis to understand brands/products value proposition and pitching with right solutions to clients.
- Implementing scientific methods and techniques in business process to predict associated risk and benefits of critical business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a proven ability to translate complex methodologies and analytical results to higher-level business insights and key take-away
- A proven passion for generating insights from data, with a strong familiarity with the higher-level trends in data growth, open-source platforms, and public data sets.
- Experience working hands-on with large-scale data sets
- Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Should be organized and having good presentation and visualization skills.
- People and Capability Development
- Should have experience of handling a team of 2-3 people.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in power BI/ Excel VBA/ SSAS.
- Excellent visualization, Presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Experience working hands-on with complex models with different types of large-scale data sets.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical analytics & modeling methods and techniques like OR, Regression, Segmentation, PCA, time series, forecasting, Demand and Supply analysis and price-elasticity.
