1. Customer Backed Planning : Triangulating the AOP, MOP to customers, through MAC, TPC, OO-ON-NN metrics for client and its BUs 2. Personalization : Identifying and creating actionable and relevant customer cohorts for greater personalization specially for the pinned/business backed merchandising and CRM charters 3. Customer Analytics : Working with the analytics team to understand and create actionable customer cohorts, build insights driven by analytics, customer surveys and MR and identify strategic customer programs and communication channels 4. Driver Analysis for all Customer Cohorts : New to Repeat to Loyal or New to OTB to Churn, Event Cohorts etc 5. Driver Analysis for Sale/Activation and Event Cohorts 6. Creating a data unification strategy for 2P partners and FK 7. Working closely with Product and Tech to create a unified customer view, including delivery and planning for all kinds of media, Own, paid digital and also customer/data partnerships 8. Policy, Governance and Product Liasioning for Pricing and Promotions 9.
