Role: Associate Director- CRM

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the CRM Analytics Practice Group responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive CRM programs across multiple clients & projects

- As the lead of the CRM Analytics Practice Group you will work closely with the Sr. management in developing and implementing the company strategic plans for CRM

- Responsible for managing & developing existing and/or new client relationships in the CRM Analytics space

- Responsible for creating a presence of ADT in the Global CRM Analytics space

- Provide company thought leadership in a number of areas, including customer segmentation, behavior based modeling (propensity, churn, etc…) data strategy and analytic approaches

- Lead team members, including personal development and set work direction

Pre-Requisites

- 12+ years of relevant experience in CRM Analytics environment with at least 3 of years of experience leading a large Analytical team

- Have analytical/statistical knowledge such as modelling, cluster analysis, multiple regression, time series modelling

- The ability to grow or build a successful team

- A deep understanding of the ever-changing CRM Analytics landscape

- Have a strong strategic vision

- High level of responsibility and ownership

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Strong analytical, presentation and planning skills

- Effective Leader who can connect with team members and stakeholders with ease

- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently

- Ability to manage multiple tasks; strong organizational skills

- Experience in working with US / international clients

- Master degree in engineering or Quantitative discipline / MBA preferred from a reputed institute
