Associate Director:

- Have relevant experience of 7-8 years (if coming from Big 4)/ 8-10 years (if coming from non-Big 4) in corporate tax, transactions tax and transfer pricing matters;

- Corporate tax experience should include a reasonable experience of compliance, litigation support, and advisory services in tax & regulatory fields;

- Have experience of handling a team of 2-4 people;

- Ability to build relationship across client stakeholders and aware of the dynamics of the Chandigarh market;

- Good interpersonal & communication skills;

- 60% Market facing and 40% Execution role;

- Should have the inclination to build client network and business development
