Associate Director - Corporate Finance Advisory Services

Our client is a Nationally renowned professional services firm with a market leading position in Audit & Taxation. With a clear focus on India, they are looking to grow their Finance Accounting Advisory practice and are looking for an Associate Director to drive this business.

- You will be responsible for scaling of the Finance Advisory Service business - this would entail primary Due Diligence and Corporate Restructuring.

- Building and growing teams & generating new business.

- You should have at least 10 years of experience in M&A, Due Diligence & deals and must be a qualified CA or MBA.
