Associate Director - Corporate Accounts - Healthcare

- Leadership responsibility to develop executive and C-suite relationships driving cross BU revenue and share by executing hospital-specific strategies and business plans bringing to bear the breadth of cardiovascular therapies

- Drive alignment and shape strategies of target accounts through intense executive engagements to co-create mutual sustainable value with the customer, elevate conversation from transactional sales to solutions that meet the customer's strategic priorities

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business plans, with the regular customer and internal reviews. Build and execute against short and long-term business plans uniting all BU to maximize ROI. Steward of all financial and non-financial resources.

- Prepare, develop and implement Corporate Account strategies and detailed account plans for large targeted accounts, to achieve cross-BU revenue growth and increase market share growth

- Sell the entire CV portfolio (Coronary/Endo, CRM/EP/Heart Failure, Structural Heart, and Capital), by executing business plans for targeted accounts to include fortress hospital accounts, in-country hospital groups, cross-country border hospital networks, GPOs and private independent organizations

- Protectively build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders within target accounts. Build deep executive level relationships with customers across a range of segments, therapeutic areas.
