Associate Director - Contract Review & Remediation - Financial Services - LLB

Job Description :

- Primarily responsible for managing the FS Contracts, Analytics and Remediation team

- Work with global teams to deliver global projects on contract review and remediation - LIBOR/ CCR/ .

- Good understanding of regulatory changes and ability to assess impact on commercial contracts. Work on RFP and solutions for global projects

- Build team and manage project delivery of contract analysis, extraction, remediation, review and outreach programs

- Experience of leading teams contracts team at a global bank / SSC of a global MNC
