Associate Director - Content Strategy & Planning

Job Description:

1. Create and implement content strategy. Work towards new strategies and concepts to achieve the targets.

2. Monitor & Review Feed via APP or any other tool. Ensure the best of the best is given. Observe and find any anomalies and raise a flag. Make changes in the Reco Engines algorithm (if required), along with the AI Architects to get better results. Keep track of all changes made, review it with an A/B Comparison to fine tune the results.

3. Review the App for any Bugs and take appropriate action.

4. Review the numbers of all the featured content and overall MAUs.

5. Review Discover Page and Add Music Page featuring and action appropriate amendments.

Required qualification, experience and skills:

1. Experience should range between 7 to 12 years.

2. Great understanding of the short form UGC ecosystem.

3. Good communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills to pitch ideas to the creative team.

4. Have strong attention to detail and ability to drive insights from data.
