Associate Director - Consumer Insights - FMCG

1. Organise and execute Insights and Analytics team for Pepsi Lipton ensuring business continuity (reporting and business intelligence focus)

- Complete execution readiness for Insights and Analytics.

- Manage transition of activities in line with the roadmap.

- Manage coordination of Insights and Analytics go live in line with wider GBS programme process.

- Drive full integration between the analytical teams, clarity of roles, responsibilities and the workflow.

2. Lead the design and alignment of GBS Insights and Analytics opportunities for Company

- Work with Insights leadership to design end-state operating model - taking into account the need to support both Business Intelligence and Marketing teams. (this will be limited for NA and therefore focus on ROW)

- Leverage to build a clear vision and roadmap for future Op model

- Establish enablers needed (process, systems, tools) and design workstreams to deliver these.

- Build overall roadmap for Insights and Analytics with clear Horizon 1/2/3 deliverables.

- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing trade-offs and resolving conflict.

- Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group.

- Experience at managing multi-country / functional projects. Able to work within a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of insights and analytics role, process and tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management

- Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects

- Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently.

- Solid presentational skills.

- Ability to travel up to 10% of time to meet business partners, and to the GBS hub in Hyderabad.
