Associate Director

The Rewards Consultant will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignments for ANSR's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build rewards consulting products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology space

- Be a key member of the ANSR People Consulting Practice scale up and develop ideas for external outreach

- Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the following areas:

- Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)

- Pay ranges design & implementation

- Benefits design

- Budgeting / annual cycle management

- Compensation structuring

- Statutory impact & related updates

- Manage C&B project modules independently

- Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to client / internal team

- Work with established ANSR GCCs to provide CoE consulting advice, design and implement specific rewards related projects

- Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market.

Experience and Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in a compensation role, a mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred

- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights

- High level of proficiency in MS Office

- Regional / global experience in C&B
