Associate Director - Commercial Due Diligence - IT/Retail Vertical

- CDD experience in Technology (IT) or Retail vertical

- Experience of working on engagements across the range of services, with focus on analysis of financial and MIS information on transactions, secondary research, primary discussions with industry stakeholders and report writing

- Experience in business development and sales activities so as to generate leads and lead a team on commercial advisory engagements

- Have the ability to manage client interactions and the maturity to engage at all levels of the organization
