Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall management of the collections team.

- Analyze performance metrics, set performance expectations, and provide training and feedback to drive productivity.

- Develop and implement effective collection processes aligned with industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement in collections and underwriting.

- Manage recovery agencies, set targets, and ensure resolution rates meet objectives.

Requirements:

- Graduation/Post-graduation/MBA qualification.

- 12+ years of experience in Collections, preferably in Unsecured and/or Business Loans.

- Proficiency in relevant lending products, collections systems, and processes.

- Strong exposure to legal resources and compliance.

- Demonstrated experience in scaling up and managing large teams.
