Job Description :

- Deliver global clinical studies by managing budgets, resources and time lines

- Identify study sites, management of performance of site qualifications and manage a team

- Driving global clinical studies

- Leading a dedicated team of individuals and building them into strong resources

- Contribute to regional/global tasks allotted to you

- Identify sites for studies and also monitor and report their performance

Profile :

- Should be from a medical/pharma/dentistry background

- Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical research and operations

- Has a proven growth record from CRA to Senior CRA to study manager to a leadership role

- Passionate about science

- Strong understanding of local regulations and international guidelines

- Core clinical operations experience w.r.t to global phase 2 and phase 3 trials is mandatory

- Strong project management experience required

- People management experience will be preferred

- Candidates from MNCs and global CRAs will be preferred

- Diversity candidate preferred

- Strong communication and presentation skills
