Associate Director - Chief of Staff - Financial Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

A prominent global investment management firm specializing in hedge funds, private equity, and quantitative strategies, with its headquarters in New York City, company has expanded its global presence with offices in major financial centers, including London, Hong Kong, Kansas City, Silicon Valley , Hyderabad , Bangalore ,Gurugram is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual for the position of Associate Director Chief Of Staff.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and program manage strategic initiatives, including drafting business cases, evaluating system integration opportunities, and driving efficiencies.

- Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives with minimal direction, collaborating with senior leadership.

- Coordinate daily operations, learn each area of the business, update the OC on major initiatives, and propose process improvements.

- Liaise between senior business leaders, the COO office, and the OC, facilitating communication and alignment.

- Assist the OC in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

- Support strategic planning, provide financial analysis, insights, and metrics, and contribute to the firm's three-year strategic goals.

- Analyze new office locations, explore quantitative research opportunities, and help execute the firm's strategy.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field from Tier 1 college

- 12-20 years of experience in business or executive management.

- Proven experience as a chief of staff or in business management, advising, and operations.

- Strong ethics, integrity, inclusion, and trust.

- Results-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

- Collaborative approach and ability to multitask with urgency.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
