Associate Director/Chief Manager - Credit Administration - Bank

About Our Client :

Our client is a respected bank. They are looking for a seasoned Credit Administration Manager with disbursement and post sanction experience based out of Chennai.

Job Description :

- Ensure Credit appraisals are adequately approved and conform to internal and Regulatory guidelines

- Ensure enforceable legal documentation for credit facilities as per legal guidance and standard format/procedures. Involve in security creation including mortgages, pledge, hypothecation etc.

- Release disbursement notice to concerned teams so that accordingly limits can be set up and disbursements can be processed.

- Ensure timely Covenant Tracking and compliances

- Ensure Controls in processing.

- Initiate changes/improvements in processes in dynamic regulatory Environment

- Handle Internal/External audits

- Credit related MIS/Regulatory reports

The Successful Applicant :

As a successful candidate you should have :

- Professionally qualified (MBA/CA) from a premier Business school

- 7-9 years of experience of Corporate Asset Sales/Credit Risk, preferably covering corporate lending

- Should have adequate knowledge of Corporate lending products and associated documentation

- Must be conversant in Microsoft Office Products

- Knowledge of Loans processing applications (Loan Origination systems, Loan Management Systems an Core Banking Systems) is desirable.

- Should be a team player and should know how to prioritize task.
