Designation : Associate Director- Channel Sales
Location : Bangalore
Role overview : The Associate Director- Channel Sales is responsible for generating sales qualified leads by building a relevant and robust distribution channel across the target markets.
Job Responsibilities :- Responsible to drive business growth, devise sales strategies. Drive sales revenue and margin growth.
- Establishing sales objectives - By forecasting and developing annual sales plan for regions and territories; project expected sales volume for existing and new products.
- Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Developing a go to market strategy & distribution for market reach.
- Actively engaging with the key accounts & strategically developing business & relationship
The successful candidate must have the following experience and talents :- MBA from Premier Institute with 12+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing experience, primarily in within the Electricals and Electronics Space
- Experience with large key accounts and channel partners.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
