Associate Director - CCAR - PMO

Are you well organized, trustworthy and self-motivated? Do you have strong analytical skills and like to challenge current processes? We are looking for a PMO to:

- Coordinate runbook (MS Project) updates with process managers for IHC Capital Plan, CCAR/DFAST, and ICAAP production initiatives via daily calls, e-mails and outreach.

- Track runbook (overall process) status updates, and support issue resolution to mitigate production delays that risk regulatory submission deadlines. Requires coordination across multiple teams in multiple jurisdictions and problem solving expertise.

- Perform analytics on production execution statistics that will support process improvement initiatives connected to strategic IT projects which support FRB remediation

- Drive project management activities within US CCAR reporting team.

- Monitor and maintain model development pipeline

- Coordinate production and reporting of model results

- Presentations for senior management in Finance, Strategy, and business divisions as well as regulatory bodies

- Own key administrative task in CCAR and track timely delivery

You will be based in Pune and work closely with the CCAR team based in New York. We strive to provide senior management and the business with high quality expertise on future development and trends. We cooperate closely with partners in Group Risk, divisional Controlling, Finance and Treasury.

Your expertise :

You have:

- Experience in a similar role within project or program management

- Exceptional work organization and methodical planning skills

- Expertise in MS Office applications - especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

- Strong analytical skills and eagerness to challenge the status quo

- Interest in statistical modelling and developing data-driven expertise

- Basic understanding of business planning and stress testing
