The Opportunity
In your role as an Associate Director - Career Services (India), you will report into the Director - Programs, who oversees all aspects of the program enrollment, delivery and career support for participants who are mid-career working professionals (35+years).
Your responsibilities include -
1. Manage the entire process of providing career support for self-funded participants of our programs
2. Engage with the participants of the identified programs to understand their respective career aspirations
a. Administer career-related assessments
b. Project manage 1-1 career coaching with external coaches, if required
c. Provide tactical inputs towards CV/Interviewing/Salary Negotiations
3. Mapping sectors, corporates and decision-makers based on the career aspirations of the participants
4. Engage with corporate clients and executive search firms, for meeting their talent needs through our participant roster
a. Sourcing job profiles relevant to the roster as well as pushing relevant profiles
5. Enabling introductions and Facilitate Corporate/Search-firm and participant interactions for outreach on industry trends, upskilling and opportunities
Your Skills and Qualification -
- Experience in working in career advancement or executive search
- Experience in coaching or working with mid-senior career professionals towards career advancement
- Ability to understand the professional experience and assess potential towards career opportunities
- Skills to design and deliver focused workshops to participants towards generating career outcomes
- Strong network of HR professionals and Talent Recruitment heads across sectors
- Very strong communication skills and executive presence
- Project management skills
