Associate Director - Capital Markets - Bank

You will support MPOWER's capital markets strategy and manage MPOWER's funding and banking partners to deliver securitizations and other financing vehicles, often working through new ideas and deal structures to secure the best economics for the company. You will also partner internally with finance, data, operations, legal, and risk teams to provide a markets/funding perspective on revenue forecasting, product strategy and operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Driving MPOWER's institutional and retail capital markets strategy, including launching innovative debt structures and building out MPOWER's securitization capabilities

- Leading end-to-end deals, from initial presentations through operationalizing and documenting structured finance transactions, all the while coordinating with various stakeholders

- Building high-quality financial models to deliver insights critical to the success of MPOWER's capital markets strategy

- Driving the due diligence process including collaborating with all functional areas to create material and deliver to stakeholders

- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners-lenders, investors, lawyers, accountants, rating agencies etc
