Associate Director - Capital Market - Real Estate Industry

This is regarding job opening with one of the leading Real Estate Industry for the position Manager/ Senior Manager- Capital Market.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Existing relationships of other business units. Particularly focusing on large scale institutional owners, / investors / corporates.

- Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.

- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside other directors in the group.

- Advisory and investment services to effectively conclude real estate transactions.

- Candidate will be required to travel across cities during the course of business for Business Development and project specific purposes.
