Title: Associate Director for Business & Operations

Qualifiaction: MBA (Full Time)

Role:

- Drive revenue and P&L planning and execution for company's marketplace business

- Set up and drive regular cadence reviews across functions including fulfillment, operations, collections etc.

- Establish analytics and data pipelines for decision making and drive data integration software to the marketplace

- Monitor people processes including performance management, talent nurturing, quality of hiring among others

- You will be the torch-bearer of culture across the business - drive culture building

- You will be the single point of contact with product, engineering and analytics teams

- Drive and own special projects and initiatives - such as pricing design and supply integrations
