JD:-
- Consultative Selling in Banking and FI space.
- Responsible for achieving financial targets in line with overall organizational goal
- Identify new market segments to drive business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients across banking and financial sector
- Should have good understanding of our products and Risk Space to identify the emerging needs of clients
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure that our products are in line with the markets needs
Build market intelligence about competitors, preparing geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving the same
- Should have experience in interacting and dealing with CRO and other senior stakeholder in Banking and FI sector
Skills :
- Strong consultive selling background
- Strong networking and relationship building skills - both externally and internally within the business
- Strong awareness of market environment and how they relate to needs of our clients
- Ability to spot the external environment, so that to go ahead from the competition
Strong Business Communication skills with the ability to influence the CXO level decision maker
