Designation : Associate Director- Business Development
Job Description :
- The person would be responsible for B2B customer acquisitions by doing various tie ups with corporate (PSUs/Private) and drive revenue generations thru these tie ups with corporate houses for having their employees to be nominated for the various MDP (Management Development Programs) that are offered by the company from time to time.
- The primary responsibility of this team would be to ensure that they sell the entire value proposition to the various corporate giants of how can the various Leadership development initiatives (MDPs) at the company can benefit their Senior Leadership team members.
- People with prior experience of handling Key Account Management roles and are currently leading a corporate sales portfolio team shall be preferred.
- We would be keen to look at people from the BFSI sector handling corporate sales/group sales of products.
