Position reporting to - Executive Vice President - Finance

Job Purpose :

- To act as a financial controller of Broking and Distribution arm of our Wealth business.

- Review of Books of accounts on monthly basis and ensuring hygiene of trail balance

- Preparation of financials statements under IndAS on monthly basis

- Preparation of financial statements on quarterly basis for limited review

- Preparation of financial statements for year end audits

- Preparing Board meeting preparation on quarterly basis

- Handling audits like statutory audits, internal audits, audits by regulators etc

Qualifications :

- Chartered accountant

- Experience 15yrs of experience post qualification (Past experience in Broking and wealth industry of 5 years is must)

- Good knowledge of Broking and distribution business, Auditing, Regulatory reporting & business of the legal entity including Regulatory aspects

- Industry expertise also required
