Associate Director - Brand Solutions

CONTEXT OF THE ROLE :

- There is increasing clutter in the advertising space, and brands constantly seek to innovate and stand out from this noise. Brands seek creative solutions to meet their key objectives of brand building, increasing brand recall, maximize return on investments.

- This position is a critical role for the company as it helps garner significant incremental revenues from non-FCT opportunities and build a strong partnership with advertisers. This role capitalizes on the win-win scenario of assisting brands to innovate and rise above thus bringing a boost to advertising revenue.

- Work closely with brand managers, Marketing Managers, and agency partners to co create solves that will help the brand achieve its goals and in turn, help us achieve our revenue goals

- Work with creative and production teams in ideation and execution along with the ability to lead the sales pitches along with the brand solutions sales team
