Job Opening for Associate Director-B2C Sales with Leading E-Commerce Company
- Lead the team in creating the business growth map for the south region, focusing on critical levers such as Planning, Execution and Quality
- Required to grow the business at an exponential pace with expansion into new geographies
- Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, revenue, new customer acquisition, competitor activity & customer needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, employees work productively, recruitment and training of new & existing employees
Requirement :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Sales domain
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a large sales / tele-calling team
- Proficiency in any two language Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam is an added advantage
