Associate Director - B2C Hospital Sales

 We have an opening as a Associate Director-B2c Hospital sales with one of our Client.

Job Description :

KPIs : OP-IP conversion, TAT, Engagement efficiency, CSAT, NPS

Responsibility:

- Owning and improving OP-IP conversion funnel

- Owning and improving key performance indicators for patient experience (KPI - CSAT / NPS)

- Managing 2 teams with the objective of driving above metrics:

- Team of care-coordinators assisting patients throughout the journey.

- Hospital Ops team (Care buddies and Team managing Insurance and Financing partners)

- Ensure maximum IP prescription - conversion funnel, by tightly managing teams and processes

- Define and manage incentive structures for Care coordinator teams to enable maximum conversion

- Improve contracting terms with Insurance and Financing partners / Get more partners on-boarded

- Define and gradually improve contracting terms with Hospitals

- Collaborates effectively with teams to develop action plans to continually improve the NPS / CSAT

- Actively drives initiatives pertaining to patient experience from pre- to post-surgery, including but not limited to: NPS, engagement scores, complaints/compliments, referrals, wait times, efficiency, etc

- Coordinating with OP team to ensure good quality leads

Required Skills :

- 10-12 years of total experience; With minimum 6-8 years of B2C Sales

- Masters and Bachelor degrees from Tier-1 colleges

- Good understanding of in-patient journey, procedure cost & insurance requirements across different surgical categories (especially General Surgery)

- Demonstrated problem solving skills

- Highs process centricity and good understanding of operational metrics for virtual support teams

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills
