Our client is a well reputed Audit Firm in the UAE in practice for around 25 years. They have over 500 clients and a staff strength of 20+ with 4 Management level staff. As the Senior Managing Partner (owner of the firm) is planning his retirement we are looking for a Senior Manager to take up lead in managing and growing the business practice. The Firm is a part of European network of Auditors and Consultants. The Firm is recognized by the leading banks and Free Zones in the UAE. The incumbent will oversee work of Junior Auditors, manage and develop client relationships, ensure quality service is delivered maintaining credibility and reputation of the Firm.

- Ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant having worked with Big 4 or the next Tier 2 audit firms who in India are exposed to the audit of Listed companies. 20+ years of progressive experience, reaching management level in a professional Audit firm is desired. The candidate must be working at the Supervisory / Managerial capacity dealing with clients, auditors and carrying out file reviews.

- The firm will offer attractive fixed remuneration (Tax-Free) , Medical Insurance, Annual Leave and Vacation Tickets and Gratuity as per UAE Labor Law. In couple of years into the employment, the incumbent will also receive a % of profit share.
