Associate Director - Analytics Technology

- Serve as a senior leader within the Technology organization across the Bangalore and US offices

- Build and develop the Analytics Technology teams in both Bangalore and US

- Establish effective KPIs and SLAs that show growth, maturity and efficiency year over year

- Manage 2 - 3 Sr. Managers directly and a total team of 25 to 40 individual contributors

- This position has entire ownership of their teams from Bangalore and will work with leaders on both shores to execute the Data and Analytics strategy and projects

- Ensure process and quality standards are achieved within work teams

- Serve as escalation point for roadblocks slowing down or impeding delivery objectives

- Provide direction, coaching, and set goals for career growth and development of teams

- Lead cross-functional teams, and provide a technical perspective to data science projects, and support problem scoping and structuring

- Manage project financials, budget forecasts, and staffing plans across the department

- Identify and champion internal/external best practices, tools, and ideas to drive constant growth and innovation within the organization.
