Associate Director - Analytics

The candidates need to have strong exp in presales / sales / Business development in the analytics domain :

- Participate in business development efforts through pitches, RFP responses and managing pursuits / prospect relationships

- Manage solution delivery to clients, through standard databases and dashboard / BI products and to design, build and deploy products / components and supporting components / services

- Own and manage targets for business development including mining existing accounts, as a commercial as well as functional technology expert

- Own and manage plan for delivering to customers, including any and all operational issues and SLAs as defined, providing technical and managerial leadership to project managers and client consulting teams

- Play the role of a technical solution architect for prospect and client accounts and own the client satisfaction for technology choices and delivery experiences

- Ensure continuous and coordinated communication with worldwide prospects and clients, coordinating client interaction meetings at various stages of pitch / rollout in client environments

- Monitor and improve quality, performance and effectiveness of client delivery process

- Participate in recruitment / team building initiatives and practice initiatives including new solutions

Requirements :

- Minimum experience of 10 years, with at least 2 years experience in sales / business development / pre sales management involving implementation cycle for multiple clients/accounts

- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with proven client interaction experience, sales / pre-sales / BD experience a must

- Sound working knowledge of technologies such as SQL, RDBMS, Dashboarding, ETL and so on, Experience of BI, ETL, SQL is a bonus

- Experience in analyzing and resolving organizational and technical issues in the client environments

- Experience in leading team members and taking responsibility for teams, a - can do- attitude to solving all problems, with a focus on end results
