Associate Director - Analytics

A Leading Research & analytical Firm is looking for a Project lead for the HR Analytics business.

We offer :

- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics

- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics.

- Translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques

- Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to develop advanced quantitative solution methodologies and execute the same in the area of attrition management, talent acquisition, resource optimization, forecasting, segmentation, survey analysis etc.

- Solve business problems through usage of appropriate statistical techniques (predictive and descriptive) like multinomial linear and nonlinear regression, time series, hierarchical regression, Bayesian analytics, segmentation, clustering, ANOVA/ ANCOVA, correlation, structural equation modeling, Markov Chain, MCMC, ANN etc.

- Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight

- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed

- Define and adhere to standards and procedures for best practices for business intelligence design, development and implementation

- Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis

- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics

- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategy.

You offer :

- BE/B Tech/ ME/ M Tech /MBA/Maters in Qualitative discipline (Stats and Eco, Computer science, Operation Research)

- Experience in HRMS/ WorkDay etc.

- Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques like predictive modeling, optimization, artificial intelligence, machine learning

- Expertise in statistical software like R, SPSS, Alteryx, Watson Analytics etc.

- Experience in at least one visualization platform like Qlikview, Tableau, Visier, etc.

- Knowledge of big data technologies and Hadoop ecosystem will be highly preferred

- Rich experience in advanced stats + data mining + data modeling + algorithms

- Critical thinking, strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, analytical acumen, creativity, and a proven work ethic

- Manage big teams and ability to mentor junior members

- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills

- Strong project management; ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously without sacrificing quality or impacting deadlines
