Consumer-centricity has never been more critical to Company. Ada, our new digitized Insights eco-system, is a key enabler of driving consumer centricity across the function and the business. This ecosystem has 3 key components:
1. Advantaged capabilities - tech enabled tools to create better and faster connectivity with consumers
2. Knowledge Management portal - access to all consumer related knowledge with smart search capability
3. Cloud-based Community - place to connect, share and build content as function
4. One of these advantaged capabilities includes the development of Test & Learn digitized tools to enable better Innovation and Content development.
5. The Company Digitization team is responsible for designing and building these new tools in partnership with the supplier Zappi. In the first 18 months of the partnership, we have developed and deployed 3 tools across the ~10 markets (Zappi Early Concept & Optimize for Innovation and Zappi Content TV for advertising). We are in process of expanding the methodology to new use case, new markets and/or new categories.
6. As the footprint of this new Test & Learn capability widens and deepens, a need for center-led support for servicing the business has critically emerged.
7. To meet this challenge, we are investing in a new Customer Transformation team to focus on turning Insights from the Ada ecosystem into a competitive advantage. This team will be responsible for partnering with Sector Insights teams to deliver tailored learnings and extract actionable value from the Ada platform and Zappi data.
8. Under the leadership of the Ada GBS Lead, this role will create business impact by helping the team deliver actionable insights and analytics from Ad tools for Europe and developing markets (AMESA APAC). There is a team of 4 analysts in India with quantitative testing experience who will be reporting into this role
9. With support from the GBS lead and Zappi, create a system to manage the workflow and project volumes effectively and efficiently for 3 key sectors markets (Europe APAC AMESA)
10. Lead and develop best practice on report storytelling, analysis and recommendations for Content/Advertising testing
11. Review and provide guidance to project-based report storytelling and recommendations run by Analyst - provide objective, expert perspective ("so what", "why" and "what to do" synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globe
12. Become the expert on the Ada tool to answer advanced methodological questions and provide analytical support on more complex queries to BU as needed
13. Provide support to Insights team in presenting the results to the cross-functional teams and business leaders where needed
14. Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders
15. Design, identify and complete meta-analysis & whitepaper creation for Sector and Global-led projects, including desk research / learning reviews leveraging the Knowledge Management portal
16. Support expansion of tools to new markets and categories via collection of necessary inputs to ensure robustly setup and adherence to global best practices
