Associate Director - Ad Strategy

Key Responsibilities

- The mandate / core objective will be revenue realization & maximization as the goals

- Campaign success org will work closely with revenue sales team

- It Is a People Manager role

- Effectively collaborate with different Ads teams (Ad Tech, Ad Ops and Ad Sales)and other PhonePe teams (Product, Content etc.) to develop narratives

Education and skills:

An ideal candidate should have:

- The ability to work with fuzzy / unstructured data problem statements

- Analytical and consultative approach to problem statements

- Experience in digital marketing, digital Ad sales domain

- 8 - 15 years experience in advertising revenue - strategy roles

- First principles thinking

- The ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders

- Prior experience of having managed a team
