Job Description:

- This role is for Actuarial and Analytics capability (All Insurance functions)

- Broad segments in Insurance: Life Insurance (Long Tail Businesses), Retirals (Long Tail Businesses ),Property & Casualty (Short tail)

- Need 17+ years of exp with a minimum of 10 years of recent relevant experience (Life and/or General Insurance and/or Health) in an actuarial position. With at least 3 years of increased management responsibility.

- Should have managed team of 100 + FTEs

- Need Actuarial experience

- A Bachelor(or higher) degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Eco/Statistics, and/or other related major

- Fellowship in the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or other internationally recognized professional actuarial association is desired

- Regulatory experience, either through working for the regulator or liaising with the regulator for company approvals/applications.

- Technical and practical understanding of IFRS, Solvency II, European regulatory, US regulatory [.] regimes.

- Actuarial Capital Modelling and/or Technical Reserving and/or Pricing experience

- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, client service and business writing and consulting skills

- Should have managed 80+ FTEs

- Will manage 100+ FTEs

- Candidate should have exp in Actuarial valuation , Technical Provisions, Capital modeling , GAAP/STAT/Tax valuation, Assets /liability modelling , model production, Actuarial pricing , reinsurance structure, fixed/variable Annuity , fixed index annuity. Asset /liability Model development, (Tools- AXIS , MG Alphas, Moses, Prophet + SAS ), visualization tools like - Tableau or Power BI
