Opportunity for the role of Associate Direct Tax with one of the reputed Law Firm in Delhi.

Designation : Associate Direct Tax

Key responsibilities :

- Drafting petitions

- Assisting the Senior Counsel

- Conducting research and analysis of cases

- Representing before the Authorities

- Transfer Pricing

Experience : Candidate should have post qualification experience of 2 to 4 years in Direct Tax and Litigation.

Educational Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Skills & Competencies :

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships through teamwork.

- Analytical ability, logical reasoning Attention to detail Legal drafting, good research skills Strong networking skills.

- Ability to work with the Firm's Leadership.
