- The position shall be responsible for driving initiatives pertaining to Research, Consulting, Innovation, Accreditation & Ranking and Faculty Development at the school. It will coordinate with the central teams of respective function/department for formulation of strategy and finalization of initiatives. - The position will work closely with the school dean and cluster heads to drive implementation of these strategy and initiatives and ensure that the targets assigned to the school in these areas are met. Accreditation & Rankings - Identify and finalize the accreditations and rankings for the school to apply for, along with the central Accreditations team and Dean-School Research: - Drive research in school as per the areas identified with, and inputs received from the central Research Team and Dean-School Consulting: - Seek opportunities for consulting assignments from Government, Private and Public sector for the school - Ensure execution of these consulting assignments by utilizing the faculty at the school, other schools and external support as required. Innovation - new curriculum & pedagogy models - Lead on curriculum development and innovation, advise on learning goals/objectives and teaching and assessment strategies and innovative techniques - Faculty Development and Training - Ensure training of all faculty on the new software and online products and platforms being used at the - University/School level - Ph.D. in the required domain - Strong academic profile including research work done, papers published and/or presented in refereed journal and forums Experience : - Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience at a renowned University/ Institute - 8-10 years of Industry experience and including experience of working in research and /or consulting project
