Educational Qualification:

- Post Graduate / MBA (Finance) preferred

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

Specialized Competency / Skill (Should be well versed with Should have following function knowledge of):

- Strong numeracy skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Alertness and decisiveness under pressure

- Knowledge of banking products, Debt Capital Markets and Treasury function

Dealing in both SLR and Non SLR:

- Quantitative and analytical skills

- Proficient with MS Office Applications like advance Excel & Power point Presentations

- Should possess the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities under pressure and in a given timeline

- Passion for financial markets and fast-paced environments

- Analytical skills - Ratio Analysis, Yield calculation etc.

- Must be able to function independently & ready to learn to work on new software's

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

- Performs market research, analyzes market conditions, understand trends and able to analyse technical charts

- Managing daily trading to ensure timely execution of the orders and confirming that they are in compliance with regulatory policies

- Develops a trading strategy based on current market scenarios to pick right instruments

- Documents information on each trade, while ensuring that all documents and account records are up to date

- Maintaining and updating inventory records of fixed-income securities

- Identifies and leverages opportunities by developing innovative trading ideas and making entry into new markets.

- Understand the valuation of fixed income investment and their payoffs

- Dealing in money market securities such as Certificate of deposits, Commercial Paper, Treasury Bills etc.

- Dealing in Govt. Securities, Corporate Bonds and Equities

- Understand financials of companies and able to analyse the impact of change in policy.

- Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct.

- Identifies profit maximizing opportunities related to treasury.

- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

- Effecting communicating your insights and plans to cross functional team members and management

- Effectively allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency

- Produce various daily, weekly and month-end reports for management and trading desk

- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
