Job description : - Conduct Credit and Risk for new business opportunities for potential investment in Real Estate lending - Conduct financial, technical and legal analysis for deals - Conduct primary and secondary market research for the asset as well as surrounding market - Prepare credit committee presentations and financial models - Work with the VP / AVP / CEO to present potential opportunities to the Credit Committee and work towards getting them approved for disbursement - Work with third party consultants to conduct including financial, technical, title and forensic due diligence - Review the due diligence reports of 3rd party consultants in detail and customize the underwriting accordingly - Help the external lawyers and in-house legal counsel in legal documentation and execution - Post investment regular monitoring of asset Detailed credit appraisals, due diligence :&nbsp; - Evaluating financial, investments (existing debt investments), legal and technical aspects; and structuring of debt deals for real estate projects (residential projects, townships, commercial real estate - office space and retail malls) and real estate companies in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, NCR, Kolkata, etc - Assigning credit ratings and highlighting open risk areas in rating rationale / risk advice and presenting the same to the sanctioning committees - Handling disbursement requests for the cases sanctioned to ensure that all the conditions requisite for disbursement are met - Carrying out asset reviews and renewals of the cases to ensure the satisfactory conduct of the facility and performance of the project - Submission of review findings to important stakeholders in review meet - Maintaining MIS of sanctioned cases capturing information with respect to exposure, incremental progress of construction and sales during asset review - Consolidating financials of important listed entities on quarterly basis summarizing domestic real estate performance to important committees
