In this role you'll get to: - Develop and produce ad campaigns end-to-end, including TV/video spots, key visuals, implementation across website/app, and social extensions - Oversee an internal design team as it acts as an internal agency for company's marketing teams and wider business, ensuring that brand standards are consistently applied across touchpoints - Work with company's analytics and data science teams to measure effect of brand campaigns - Develop and drive strategic initiatives for the brand What you'll need to succeed: - 7+ years' experience in brand marketing, including activation of large-scale campaigns & ownership of end-to-end brand strategy - Graduate degree required - Strong communication & writing skills in English - Strong attention to detail - Adaptable to new technologies and quick learner - Exposure to UX/UI design strategy - Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook ads or Google ads is a plus
