Job Responsibility : - The candidate should have 1-5 years of prior large law firm corporate legal experience. - Looking for a candidate who has good experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, substantial drafting experience, be able to lead closings and handle diligence for deals. - Assist client operating in background verification domain in a private equity deal; - Assist in negotiating the share subscription cum shareholder's agreement; - Assist the client in pre-closing as well as post-closing corporate actions and filings. - Experiencing servicing public and private companies, private equity and other financial sponsors, boards of directors and special committees, and financial advisors are also appreciated.
