Reports to: VP/Director

Education Qualification Required: Engineering + MBA from premium schools

- Strong execution skills

- Deal experience in Investment Banking

- Sector agnostic in investment banking / corporate finance.

- Relationships - both local and global

- Capability to predict future trends in the sector and thus create deals

Key Responsibilities:

- Sector agnostic role within the Corporate Finance business

- Required to execute M&A and ECM deals in the sector and support in origination

- Lead ideation process within the sector to generate leads

- Mentor junior/mid -level resources within the business

- Will add to and build upon the corporate relationships at the Group level

- Assist other businesses in cross selling
