Associate Corporate Development
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for maintaining the Company's relationships and positioning with investors and other corporate stakeholders
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program
- Work with Senior Management on potential capital raising exercise. Liaison with banks, investors and legal firms at various stages of capital raising
- Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with potential acquisition or investment candidates and their management and advisors, including CEOs, CFOs, legal counsel, and bankers
- Perform complex financial modeling and valuation supporting transaction evaluation and execution
- Analyzing VCs and Private Equity Investment trend
- Contribute to the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and strategic projects & partnerships
- Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis supporting business case development
- Develop presentations for business unit leaders, executive management and board of directors
- Ensure effective management of post-closing deal terms and hand-off to integration teams
Job Requirements :- MBA, CFA, CA with 4-8 years of experience in a PE firm or investment bank
- Experience dealing with investors with demonstrated success of creating positive relationships with investor community
- Intimately familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- Cross-functional experience in accounts, Finance, Legal and M&A
- Have experience leading negotiations with an ability to listen, compromise and manage conflict
- Familiarity with typical legal & economic deal terms and alternative approaches to risk allocation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong financial, quantitative and analytical skills
- Good Communication Skills both oral and written
