Associate Consultant - Top Strategy consulting firm ( 2 - 6 years)  - One of the top strategy consulting firms requires associates consultants to work as a core team member on a long-term business transformation project with a major Indian conglomerate  - They seek smart MBA graduates who have worked in operations or large transformation exercises preferably.  Some of the areas the associate consultants will contribute are :   Program management office working with top leadership designing change management initiatives  - Communication strategy and implementation: Posters, Audio-visuals, banners, townhalls, communication plans for leadership communication etc.  - Facilitating technical trainings for distributed workforce  - The role is for a period of 3-4 months initially to be extended to a year.  On offer is a chance to work at a top strategy consulting firm and very good salary.
