Role Purpose : &nbsp; The purpose of this role is to lead training operations delivery for training sessions and client projects for India and international locations. Overview :&nbsp; - it capability development courses for HR professionals. Training Coordinator role helps to ensure end to end program delivery - client interaction, scheduling, logistics, travel, and stakeholder management. - He/ she will be responsible for ensuring timely and consistent delivery of projects, SLA management. The role holder needs to learn our current learning management system to execute training requirements and work on its improvements. Also from time to time will be responsible for supporting internal processes improvement initiatives and knowledge management requirements. As Aon operates in a matrix environment, it is expected that the incumbent will work closely with peers across business segments and locations. He/she is expected to play a learning role in set up of new processes to support the requirements of upcoming programs. Responsibility Areas [Specifics may vary based on hiring level or Domain area] :&nbsp; a) Drive Program delivery End to End for training sessions and client projects - Manage scheduling, logistics and travel for the training sessions - Manage the entire participant lifecycle for training sessions including handling participant communication, delivery of the sessions and final certification - Setup and administer all programs on the Learning Management system - Accountable for providing support on project execution in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal &amp; external client satisfaction b) Deliver Bespoke client projects - Support in delivering client projects for B2B business line c) Coordinate with Multiple stakeholders - Work with team leader to manage internal stakeholders like facilitators, sales owners, finance etc.to ensure smooth operations and for continuous process improvement d) Drive technology enhancement - Regular updation of Learning Management System and implementation of system enhancement - Optimizing work processes through automation e) Understand and apply processes directly linked to their own work f) Participate in unit-wide initiatives as assigned with a view to driving operational excellence g) Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education and coaching - Exposure to client service roles - interacting with clients support service or in-coming calls. - Good communication skill (both written and verbal) - Strong project management skills - Intermediate proficiency in MS office - Excel, Word and Power Point - Flexible for stretched working hours - Rapid growth environment - Problem solving capability - Ability to handle pressure - Time management abilities - Matrix reporting
