Associate Consultant - FinTech

Purpose: Delivery of advisory projects in coordination with the advisory lead with independent responsibilities in verticals within the financial and banking sector

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Support project teams in conducting research, data analysis, and fact-finding to identify key issues and opportunities for our clients.

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and senior consultants.

- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and draw conclusions that inform strategic recommendations.

- Create compelling presentations, reports, and client deliverables that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions, develop hypotheses, and formulate actionable strategies to address client needs.

- Assist in facilitating client meetings, workshops, and presentations to share project updates, discuss findings, and gather feedback.

- Support the development and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.

Education:

- Holder of a Bachelor's or masters degree from a renowned institution

- Additionally, certifications or specialized training programs related to digital transformation, project management, agile methodologies, or specific technologies (such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or artificial intelligence) can also be valuable for this role.

Experience:

- 3 years - 6 years work experience preferred in the fintech/financial sector.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

- Presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and presentation tools.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
