Decision Analytics - Associate Consultant (Life sciences/ Healthcare) with Tier 1 Consulting Firm Job Description :&nbsp; Decision Analytics Associate Consultants - coordinate the execution of project logistics for clients and project teams. Associate Consultant's leverage their analytic skills to derive insights and solve business problems across an array of sales and marketing engagements. In particular, Associate Consultant's apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives, and employ advanced analytic techniques to help guide client decisions. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems - Creating and managing Excel databases. Might be required to process data files in SPSS, SAS, Mplus, or IRT software at times (with due guidance) - Synthesize and communicate results to clients and internal teams in well-structured manner - Has strong skills conducting internet-based searches/literature searches and summarizing the information found for his/her team. - High motivation to learn new things and implement them as per discussion with senior team members - Lead the effort in processing data, developing custom analysis tools, analyzing results and creating high-quality deliverables - Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables - Communicate with onshore team on regular basis - Take initiative to advance problem solving skills and company's capabilities Qualifications -&nbsp; - PHD (Desirable but not mandatory) along with Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline; strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative course work and market research is required (business, economics, marketing, physical or life sciences, engineering, operations research, management science, applied mathematics, statistics) - Prior experience with Health economic modeling, market access analytics, outcomes research, is highly desirable
