Associate Consultant - Decision Analytics (2-6 yrs)
Decision Analytics Associate Consultants (DAACs) design and execute analyses to address business problems for our clients and project teams. DAACs leverage their analytic skills to find data-driven insights that help our clients solve their most important business problems, and engage with clients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act on them.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality project delivery working in tandem with onshore teams
- Develop a deep understanding of client business issues and design appropriate market research studies - Leverage analytic techniques on primary and secondary data to guide client and team decision- making;
- Track and communicate the project status across check points
- Summarize analyses or research output highlighting insights and communicate to clients and teams through oral and written presentations;
- Develop client relationships and serve as key
Guide and mentor Associates on teams;
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (any branch), and strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required;
- 3- 4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. An MBA/PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience;
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative; - Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence;
- Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks; - Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
