Associate Consultant - Consulting/Research/Analytics

We are looking for an Associate Consultant for a Global Consulting firm that is being setup by senior Industry professionals. This Consulting Firm will focus on niche and specialised Business & HR Consulting areas with several global partners and tie-ups.

This role is based at Andheri (E), Mumbai.

The incumbent would be expected to independently:

- Research on subjects / techniques / content for ongoing assignments and projects,

- Prepare robust analytics and detailed presentations / pitches for the Consulting team and clients,

- Manage and respond to client communications on behalf of Consulting Team members,

- Manage Office and travel needs for the Consulting team

Ideal Candidate would be from a HR Consulting / Research / Analytics background.

We expect the Candidate possess excellent computer skills and have prior experience at carrying out HR and/or business consulting related research, analytics as well as be adept at preparing attractive proposals and presentations.

The target compensation for this role would be in the range of 4-6 lacs per annum based on the Candidate, with attractive career growth prospects.
