Associate Consultant/Consultant - SCM Analytics - TMT Sector

Candidates should possess good exp in demand forecasting and supply chain related skills. People who have strong exposure to statistics fundamentals and can be fungible

- Data Interpretation, analysis using statistical techniques and provide data based insights

- Data Management and reporting experience

- Identify analyze and interpret patterns, trends on complex data sets, in the Telecom industry

- Ability to query databases and perform statistical analysis using statistical packages ( preferably R, SAS, SPSS and Excel)

- Experience in data analytics solutions in areas such as Segmentation, Pricing, Customer Value Management, Customer lifecycle management and Customer experience improvement

- Experience with data analytics solutions in areas such as Demand planning, Demand forecasting, supply chain analytics

- Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining/ segmentation techniques, hypothesis testing and predictive modelling

- Experience working on cross-sell, up-sell, CLM, CVM and churn models on live environment for telecom industry

- Experience working with machine learning techniques

- Experience in reporting packages, ETL workflow and databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)

- Good knowledge of VBA and comfortable creating excel tools

Project Related

- Expected to bring value add, based on either subject matter expertise or tool and technology

- Individual will have the responsibility of timely delivery of agreed deliverables and shall report to a Manager on every project.

- They shall be responsible for ensuring delivery quality as well as adherence to the agreed project plan

- He/She should be a self-motivator capable of keeping focus on client delivery and timelines, as well as communicate with the client in conjunction with the Client Relationship Managers

- He/She should be a self-motivator capable of keeping focus to find long and short-term solutions for complex problems, with limited information and challenging timelines

- The job would require travel to client locations within India and abroad

- Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
